I am currently an out-of-network provider, but I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of a portion of the session fee (which can vary widely). For qualifying clients, I can submit a courtesy claim and have the insurance company reimburse the client directly.

Sessions occur weekly. The length of therapy depends on each couple's needs and goals. Lasting change takes time, but we will work together to help you make progress.

Absolutely! Progress can occur even with one partner's willingness. I offer individual and couples therapy to support you in improving your relationship. Together, we’ll explore your feelings and help you express them thoughtfully to your partner. This self-discovery journey is a great chance to break negative cycles and enhance communication.
